A Journey of Discovery
I was recently asked some very searching, interesting questions:
1. How has your consciousness shifted in the last 3-6 months?
2. What noticeable things have you experienced about your awakening that can help others?
3. Has your third eye activated?
4. Are you experiencing a lot of typical ‘ascension syptoms’?
5. Are you more intuitive?
6. Do you crave nature and meditation?
7. Are you much fitter and healthier?
There are lots of things we need to define here.
Activated. This means, ‘Have we broken free from the version of life our government, media and their allies created for us, our parents and several generations that went before? Are we working to create a life that is far, far better?
Ascension. The process of spiritual and emotional growth, of rising to a new, better version of ourselves.
Awakening. The process of discovery, learning and self-improvement undertaken after realising that everything I previously thought about myself, the world and my place in it is wrong and I can change it.
Consciousness. Awareness and understanding in my mind of my surroundings-the world I live in: how I respond to that world.
Third eye. The ‘mind’s eye’ is the phrase we all use sometimes. It’s our imagination, our incredibly detailed dreams and visions. The ideas and worlds both in and beyond the one we live in. All these amazing things are formed and visualised in the pineal gland, a tiny little thing located at the back of our brain.
My answers were:
‘I think my consciousness has shifted: my third eye has been activated. Big time. I am about to launch a website, something I never thought I would do. 👏👏👏
I have made subtle changes to my daily life, changes which are making a Big difference:-
No fluoride
No aerosols
No tap water
No TV news
Cold showers ✅
Grounding ✅
A better diet ✅
Listening to nature ✅
I read
I travel
I laugh
I learn new things all the time.
I have been drawn back to a Christian faith I lost in my teens. Huge thanks to Jamie Franklin and his ‘Irreverend’ podcast team for their help with that.
Photo. Me at the Royal Albert Hall in London for a concert by Roger Hodgson, co-founder and unmistakable voice of 1970s-80s supergroup Supertramp. Songs like ‘Take the long way home’ and ‘It’s raining again’ are full of encouragement to keep going, no matter what!
I have learnt to slow down and allow things to happen when they will.
Working on myself is the Best thing I can do. It hasn’t been easy, but the butterfly that emerges from this process is going to be a Far better ‘me’ than anything that went before’.

The website mentioned above is the one you’re looking at right now. The reason for creating it is to help you take steps on the path of change we set out on. I don’t have all the answers, but I hope the information on the website is useful for you and inspires you to make the changes in your life that I have made in mine.
More questions I asked myself to enhance third eye activation
1. ‘Who do I spend time with?’ Is it people who make you happy, people who bring out the Best in you? My Stand in the Park group meets for a chat every Sunday morning; I also speak regularly with other newly found ‘families’ on Telegram, Zoom and in person.
2. Get yourself into a different environment. Get some fresh air, spend time outside, go for a walk in the woods. There is a beautiful nature reserve ten minutes’ walk from my home. A longer walk in the opposite direction takes me along the banks of a river and into a park.
3. Challenge and overcome beliefs and ideas that limit your potential. Develop your self-confidence. That is a daily process, full of ups and downs. The secret is to keep my spirits up!
4. Actively train yourself to be a new, better version of you. Make changes to your daily routine and stick to them! I start every day with a cold shower; I make time for meditation or other quiet contemplative exercise. I read every night, something light and positive.
5. Set yourself challenging, rewarding goals and work towards achieving them. Setting up this website and constantly working to improve it should be just a start…
