The Twelve Universal Laws
1. The Law of Divine Oneness.

According to both ancient wisdom and modern science, everything in the universe is interconnected.
Picture a spider’s web. Our actions impact not just ourselves; they ripple out to the world at large. We do not exist in isolation-we are part of a much greater, intricately woven tapestry of existence.

At the heart of this is this idea of unity consciousness. It’s not about being alone, it’s about being all one. You will feel a profound connection with everything around you.

How do we align with this Law?
Stop separating. Start integrating. You are not an island-you are an integral part of the cosmic web. Embrace this unity and watch as your life becomes richer, more compassionate and deeply interconnected.

2. The Law of Vibration
What did Einstein mean when he said, ‘Everything in life is vibration’? The answer is that the more you resonate positivity, the more positivity reverberates back.
If you tune into negative radio frequencies, you’ll get static and discord.

This is about genuine attunement, not ignoring problems or faking positivity. The core of this Law is authentic resonance. Your true vibration doesn’t stem from the superficial-it emanates from within.

So, to unlock your immense potential:
Stop pretending, start resonating. Truly resonate with your authentic self and watch the universe echo back your greatness.

3. The Law of Action
Newton’s Third Law states that ‘for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.’
Waiting for inspiration is often thought to be the key to success. In reality, this is not the case. In reality, it’s action that breeds inspiration, not vice versa.

You’re staring at a blank page. The more you wait for inspiration, the longer the page stays empty. But once you start writing, inspiration begins to flow.
This is not about massive action; it’s about consistent action. Success comes from regular small steps rather than sporadic big moves.

To harness the Law of Action:
Start small. Act now. Trust in your ability to take action that leads to remarkable achievements.

4. The Law of Correspondence.
According to the mystical writings of Hermes Trismegistus, ‘As above, so below.’ Essentially, the Law states that our outer world is a mirror of our inner one.
This isn’t just about wishful thinking; it’s about mindset, attiutude and beliefs.

The key to making this Law change your life is awareness and transformation.
Be aware of your inner thoughts; change negativity into positivity. Stop wishing, start transforming and see your life align with your desired reality.

5. The Law of Cause and Effect.
This is so fundamental that it governs every moment of our existence.
Carl Sagan, ‘Cause and effect, you can’t have one without the other.’ If you push one domino, several others are knocked over too. A kind word can make someone’s day; a harsh word can linger in their mind for weeks.

The crux of it is the fact that every choice we make, every action we take, sets in motion a sequence of events-a ripple in the vast ocean of existence.
The real power of this Law is  conscious action. Recognise that everything you say or do is not just an isolated event, but the first step in a chain. Start creating positive ripples and watch the world change around you

6. The Law of Compensation.
Ralph Waldo Emerson, ‘You reap what you sow.’
If you constantly give your time and energy to a cause, the rewards will eventually flow back to you.
This is not about constant hustle, it’s about genuine physical, intellectual, emotional and moral effort.

To tap into this Law, think about balance and exchange. Give positively and postive things will gravitate back to you. Offer value and watch your rewards manifest themselves in unexpected forms.

7. The Law of Attraction.
A universal truth that can make you a magnet for your desires. Dwell on positivity and positivity flows to you-what you focus on, you attract.

Once again, this is not about wishful thinking. The core of this Law is active visualisation. Instead of just daydreaming, actively see your goals as already having been accomplished.

To bring this Law alive in your life, stop wishing, strat visualising. Start taking steps towards your dreams, no matter how small those steps may seem. Trust in yourself and in your vision and you’ll be surprised how life aligns with your desires.

8. The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy.
E = MC2. Energy and matter are both convertible. All energy is in a constant state of movement and change.
Just as water can be liquid, solid ice or steam so our thoughts, another form of energy, can manifest themselves and transform into reality. Constantly thinking about a goal can eventually lead to your achieving it.

The heart of this Law is mindful control. Control over how you channel your energy is key. Embrace the flux. Understand that with intention and focus, you can direct energy towards desired outcomes. Harness this Law and watch possibilities become realities

9. The Law of Relativity.
Positive psychologist Martin Seligman, ‘Authentic happiness flourishes not through comparisons but through embracing gratitude for our own unique journey.’
We often compare our lows with other people’s highs, leading to discontent. The real essence of happiness is perspective-how you view what you have in relation to others.

To amplify and increase your happiness, stop comparing, start appreciating. When you appreciate what you have, instead of focusing on other people, happiness will naturally start flowing into your life.

10. The Law of Polarity.
The balance and unity of opposing forces-light and darkness, joy and sorrow…In every challenging event, there exists an equal opportunity for potential benefit. Losing a job might be the universe’s way of redirecting you to a better alternative opportunity. Every setback is a set-up for a comeback.

Central to the Law of polarity is the idea that every problem has a correspoding solution. Embrace this Law by seeking the potential for growth in every challenge you face

11. The Law of Rhythm
Hermes Trismegistus, ‘Everything flows, out and in. Everything has its tides.’ The higher the tide rises, the lower it recedes.
We are often our own worst enemies by becoming our own stumbling blocks. The more you desperately fight to hold onto success, the harder the eventual fall.

The true essence of  rhythm is to embrace both life’s ebbs and flows. To master the Law, don’t resist, harmonise. Align with your life’s rhythm and watch as harmony and peace are ushered in.

12. The Law of Gender.
This Law is not about male and female, but the principle of creation. According to philosopher Carl Jung, there is an anima and aminus within us all. Seeds require soil in which to grow and careful husbandry to grow into healthy plants.
In humans, there is a delicate balance of action (masculine) and intuition (feminine). Over-emphasis on either of these creates an imbalance. Masculine and feminine energies within us all dictate our creatioin process.

The Law of Gender is not about dominance and submission; the essence of this Law is harmony. Acknowledge and harmonise the inner masculine and feminine aspects.

Your key to inner growth is harmonise, don’t marginalise. Embrace your inner balance and watch personal growth unfold.

Applying just a few of these universal Laws has the huge potential to change your life for the better.

COLD EXPOSURE
Taking a cold shower resets the nervous system and shocks the EGO (which leads to transformation, healing and growth). The EGO likes to be comfortable, so by choosing a cold shower, the EGO loses.

taking a cold shower is the epitome of discomfort. Our True Divine selves do not know discomfort, only the EGO doesn’t like to be uncomfortable. Our higher selves want to grow in every way possible, and our highest self is always up for a challenge!

The water does not have to be ice cold (unless you want it to be). You can jump in a cold or semi-cold shower for as long as you can handle whenever you feel guided to do so. You can also turn the water cold for the last few minutes of your regular shower before you get out. You can start with just a few minutes in the cold shower and keep working your way uip as your body adjusts to the lower temperature.

You can use cold showers as a tool whenever you are feeling tired or your enbergy feels low as a way to reboot the nervous system and become more energised.  The more you do it the more you will love it!

GROUNDING
When you put your bare feet on the ground you are connecting your whole body and essence with Mother Earth.
When you ground it is like taking handfuls of anti-oxidants into your body through your feet.
Grounding supports organ function on a cellular level. The benefits are huge, grounding alkalises your body, reduces inflammation (the cause of most diseases) and healing naturally occurs. 10 minutes a day will make such a difference to your energy, stress levels, sleep and health.

Once you are disciplined in utlilsiging grounding, it is an amazing tool to use when you are stressed and need to release energy back into the Earth. The more consistently you use grounding as a tool, the easier it will become to notice when you are ungrounded and need to step outside. Grounding will always help to bring you back to the present moment of now.

HUMBLING YOUR EGO
The ego is a lower 3D societal programme. that we have all been conditioned and indoctrinated into. As humanmity changes from living in fear vibrations to love vibrations, the ego will dissolve. We have to start shifting out of lower thoughts ourselves because nobody  is going to do that work for us. We are responsible for our thoughts, vibrations, actions etc.
The ego is addicted to fear, pain and suffering and keeps us in lower vibrations, stopping us from growing on a soul level.  Ego blames externally and does not want to take responsibility.  Any lower thought that does not bring you joy is based in the ego-programmed mind.
One of the reasons we are incarnated on this planet is to individually make higher conscious love-based decisions and actions, so that eventually everyone on the planet is living in the same love-based vibration. Doing this inner work to dissolve the ego is our highest service to all humanity.

The ego is everything opposite of love. The ego looks at every situation and finds what is “wrong” with it, rather than seeing everything as a lesson or blessing, as love does. When you are triggered and feeling like the victim and go into blame mode, stop, observe and see what that situation is showing you where you need to heal and love a part of yourself. Everyone external is just a mirror to show you something.

HYDRATION
Water is living consciousness and holdes memory.
Our light bodies are upgrading from Carbon DNA to Crystalline DNA (Liquid Crystal).
It is important to make sure you are also drinking a lot of water to assist your body through this process. Water assists in hydrating and lubricfating the nervous system which is where we process most of our energy as well as moving toxins and desnity out of the body.

Once you get used to drinking more water or drinking it more consistently, higher water intake will become amore habitual lifestyle over time. You should bless your water with any higher energy by placing your hand over it and stating what you would like your water to be filled with.

Advice on Sun Gazing from Dr Christine Northrop MD.
Sun gazing is simply the practice of gazing directly at the sun for a short period of time so that the sunlight enters your eyes. It’s important to do this during the hours when the UV rays are lowest, so you won’t harm your retinas. This is usually within the first hour after sunrise or the last hour before sunset, which is when I like to sun gaze.

Why Sun Gazing is Beneficial

It is believed that during sun gazing the sun’s energy enters the brain through the eyes and “powers” the brain. Mechanical engineer Hira Ratan Manek (aka HRM) is the most notable researcher of the ancient practice of sun gazing. HRM was inspired by Lord Mahavir of Jains as well as the ancient Egyptians, Greeks, and even Native Americans who practiced some form of sun gazing.

It is documented that HRM has lived only on sun energy and water since 1995. He has participated in 3 strict fasts that have been documented by scientists and medical teams. Results from some of the observations showed that the gray cells in HRM’s brain are regenerating. And photographs—of which there are over 700—showed the neurons were active.

In addition, the studies showed that HRM’s pineal gland was expanding. This is unusual because the pineal gland typically shrinks at mid-life and HRM was in his 70s. The average size of a mid-life pineal gland is approximately 6mm x 6mm. However HRM’s pineal gland measured 8mm x 11mm. In addition his hunger was virtually eliminated, which scientists are unable to explain. You can learn more about HRM on his official website.

Why You Should Consider Sun Gazing

Fans of sun gazing claim it has positive and healing effects on mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Here are some of the claimed benefits of sun gazing:

  1. Regulates circadian rhythm. Sun gazing has been said to reset your circadian rhythm so you experience good energy and restful sleep with better dream recall.
  1. Increases hormone production. Sun gazing is said to increase the production of melatonin and serotonin.
  1. Reverses Seasonal Affective Disorder. Sun gazing may improve your mood and help reverse Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). This makes sense to me since natural sunlight is often all you need to improve the symptoms of SAD.
  1. Stimulates the pineal gland. One of the biggest claims regarding sun gazing is its ability to stimulate the pineal gland.
  1. Relieves stress and tension. Again this makes sense since being outside in the sun can have a relaxing effect.
  1. Activates the third eye. The third eye is associated with the pineal gland and your ability to perceive higher dimensions.
  1. Increases energy levels. Again, it’s common to feel more energy on brighter days so sun gazing may, indeed, help you feel energized.
  1. Reduces hunger pangs. HRM is said to have fasted for extremely long periods of time with only nourishment from the sun.
  1. Improves eyesight. Many experts warn that you can damage your eyes with sun gazing However, when practiced correctly and at the appropriate times of day this should not be a concern. In fact, some research shows that sunlight can prevent myopia (near sightedness) in children.
  1. Opens the body’s energy channels. It is claimed that sun gazing opens the nadis (energy channels) in the body.
  1. Increases memory. This may be related to the relaxation effect of being outside in nature and sunlight.

More scientific research needs to be done to determine whether any of the claims regarding the health benefits of sun gazing are true. But at the very least, watching the sun rise and set can be meditative. So, it is certainly worth a try if it is something that appeals to you.

How To Sun Gaze.
If you want to give sun gazing a try, here are some ways to get started:

  1. Sun gaze at the proper time. Sunrise and sunset when the UV rays are lowest is the best time to sun gaze.
  1. Stand barefoot. Earthing (grounding) while sun gazing enhances the effects.
  1. Start slow. Beginners to sun gazing need to build up to slowly. Some experts say to start with just 10 seconds and build up by 10 seconds each time. I’m currently doing 20-30-minute sessions.
  1. Remove barriers. Sun gazing should be done outside, not through windows. It should be done without sunglasses, contacts, or other barriers so that you eye can receive the entire spectrum of the sunlight.
  1. Go barefoot. Connecting to the earth (grounding) with bare feet can enhance your sun-gazing experience.
  1. Listen to your body. If you feel the need to blink, then do so. You can also take breaks by closing your eyes for a second or two. This will help you build up to longer sun gazing sessions.
  1. Use visualization. As you sun gaze visualize the sun’s energy entering your brain and your body. Imagine all your cells becoming rejuvenated with healing light.
